An indoor golf venue located at a busy intersection in Jefferson Parish, offers the latest in golf simulation technology. Designed around 5 simulators which provide a 3D virtual golf environment, the facility encompasses 8,000 sf of family entertainment. The 2-story modern design adheres to Jefferson Parish’s strict, pedestrian-focused, zoning requirements along historic Metairie Road with screened parking, second level balcony and perimeter landscaping. The new zoning promotes a more walkable “streetscape” with neighborhood-friendly businesses located closer to the street.

The building’s modern white exterior design is a reflection of the state-of-the-art technology celebrated within. Slatted wall facing at ground level provides a textured base for the main upper level. A zoned, open plan interior with high ceilings, stepped levels, and varied seating allows maximum viewing of the virtual golf experience. Individual simulator areas are designed for group gatherings with custom booths, lounge seating and tables. A 60’ long balcony provides a covered outdoor space, with putting green, directly off the main dining area.
